EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
The oil that speaks of
proximity, tradition and quality.
DOP SIURANA
An oil born in the field
The extra virgin olive oil from the Riudoms Agricultural Cooperative is born from consistent work in the fields and a shared way of doing things. An oil made from arbequina olives, grown in a privileged environment between the Prades Mountains and the Costa Daurada.
Arbequina and territory
Arbequina is part of the agricultural landscape of Riudoms. A variety we know well, as we have been working with it for generations.
It is a well-balanced and generous olive that naturally expresses the character of our surroundings.
DOP SIURANA
Our oil is protected by the Siurana Designation of Origin, a guarantee of quality, traceability and respect for the land.
We are one of the main producers within the Siurana PDO.
We combine quality and production capacity. We work with both end customers and businesses, handling large volumes without ever compromising on origin or standards.
From the field to the mill
The oil is obtained exclusively through mechanical processes, respecting the fruit and its natural rhythm. From the field to the mill, every decision aims to preserve the character of the olive and the final result.
For us, making oil is not a production line.
It is a careful process that begins long before.
"L'Oli del raig".
An honest oil.
Each year, for a short period, in Riudoms we produce “oli del raig”: oil just as it comes from the mill, unfiltered and freshly made.
It is a seasonal oil, intense and vibrant, that preserves all the natural particles of the fruit and can only be enjoyed for a few weeks. An oil that isn’t stored — it’s experienced.
A taste of the most immediate moment of the field and the mill.
RIUDÒLIUM
The pleasure of doing things well.
Within the cooperative, RIUDÒLIUM is born: a premium, limited-edition oil made from an early harvest, with a more precise focus on the exact moment of the fruit.
The same arbequina origin as always, now with nuances of the land: notes reminiscent of tomato plant, artichoke and green almond, along with subtle hints of ripe fruits such as banana and apple.
